Due to turnaround costs, there is a minimum stay of three nights.
Please note that the reservation system says "1 Room, 4 adults", but the reservation will be for the whole flat as described. The system is designed for hotels that describe each inventory item as a "room"!
If you find a better rate for your chosen dates on one of the booking sites, let us know, giving details of where you found the rate and the dates in question, and we will match it.
1. Because our booking engine does not automatically sync with the booking sites listed at the top of the page, we cannot confirm the booking automatically at the time of booking. We will confirm the booking by email as soon as possible, and if we cannot accept it due to a conflict with another booking, any payments made will be refunded in full.
2. Non-refundable rates are due in full at the time of booking. Flexible rates require a 25% deposit that is fully refundable in the event of cancellation within the specified time period. The balance is due 21 days before your stay commences (see terms and conditions for details).
